Micro Jewelry Bits

Pros : I liked the variety of sizes. Makes drilling tiny holes a breeze.

Cons : Don’t last very long. Made it through maybe 8 single layer (1/8″) pieces. I thought using molding clay for a dam and using water helped, but still went through them pretty quickly.

Pros : They make a very smooth hole in my glass for stringing my windchimes. Thank You!

Cons : They don’t last as long as I would like.

Other Thoughts : Since they come in a plastic case, maybe they could be shipped in a padded envelope when that is the only item being shipped. It is very expensive to ship in a big box.

shanks too large for standard dremal

Pros : Not sure, I was not able to use them.

Cons : I tried to use with a dremal, but the collet was too large. Smaller collet purchases did not help. More information on how to use with equipment would be nice. I purchased drill bits with larger shanks and am drilling away!

Great For Jewelry Making
Our fused glass instructors have found these drill bits to be the best for jewelry making. They loved the small size and fine holes they were able to drill in glass. A very handy tool for glass jewelry artists. Includes six micro drill bits, three 1.1 mm and three 1.4 mm. Attaches easily to a Rotary Tool, such as #67310, Dremel, or standard electric drill using Micro Chuck #76412.
